Application
1.Suitable for set pressure test and seat tightness test for all types of SRV，clamping bench can be used for quick and safe clamping of all conceivable types of safety or relief valves according to common international test standard-API526,API527,ANSI/API RP576.
2.Suitable for Special Equipment Inspection Institute, petrochemical industry, oil and gas field, metallurgy industry, power plant, aviation industry and nuclear power industry, especially for offshore oil platform.
Features
1. The equipment integrates all components, including the clamping part and pressure control part, into a single portable case, featuring light weight and small size. The case is designed with two handles and two wheels, allowing easy movement with the wheels or carrying with the handles.
2. The pressure source is provided by high-pressure nitrogen gas or compressed air not exceeding 200bar. Equipped with an infinitely adjustable high-pressure gas regulator, which makes the output pressure more stable and precise.
3. Regulators and shut-off valve are panel mounted with a pressure gauge(160 bar) which precision is 0.4%.
